My work on permafrost viruses was featured in Science News Magazine as part of a broader piece on how climate change is reshaping microbial communities worldwide. I discuss our findings on viral communities in Stordalen Mire, northern Sweden, where viruses may regulate methane-emitting microbes and potentially contribute to climate feedback loops as permafrost thaws [Article - Here]
